FISHING AT SAN FRANCISQUITO SOUTH OF BAHIA DE LOS ANGELES
IS "THE WORST" DURING 10-DAY TRIP

Oct. 29, 2005, Roger Crenshaw, San Francisquito, Baja California, Mexico Fishing:

I just spent 10 days in San Francisquito, and it is the worst I have ever seen for fishing. I fished fairly hard and there were 4 other groups. Twelve-pound yellowtail were rare, skipjack plentiful, squid plentiful, and the fishing water was 75 degrees and murky.

We had wind from north one day, south the next, and west or east the next. Some days it blew 30 Knots! And then, drinking was the sport of choice. All in all, good times, but sucky fishing. There were no dorado, and I trolled to Isla San Pedro Martir and to Isla Lorenzo and back.
