EAST CAPE FISHING TRIP TO HOTEL PUNTA COLORADA
PRODUCES BIG MEXICO ROOSTERFISH PLUS TUNA AND MARLIN

Aug. 4, 2004, Mike Ford, Hotel Punta Colorada, East Cape fishing trip report, Mexico:

On June 14th, Mike Ford from Poetry, Texas, and Pat Carson from Kerrville, Texas, (team LUNKER HUNTER members) were fishing out of the PUNTA COLORADA, with Carlos of the FAMED Punta Fleet, and hooked up with a GRANDE PEZ GALLO off the beach area of The Punta Colorada. 55" and 60+lbs of pure FUN!!! WOW! This East Texas bass fisherman is hooked on ROOSTER'S.

The East Cape fish was released successfully for another fight. Many Marlin, Dorado, Tuna, and many more Roosterfish. Great time had by all. Many thanks to Eddie with The Punta Colorado, and his wonderful staff and GUIDES. Uno Mas Grande Pez Gallo!

We caught several roosters that day, several Marlin the next, Dorado, and an awesome Yellow Fin run one day. East Cape was calm, 75 degrees. Awesome trip and i'm going back right now. Plane leaves at 6pm.
