GOOD ENSENADA FISHING WEATHER AND RED ROCK COD
TO 9 POUNDS FOR VONNY'S FLEET

Nov. 13-19, 2005, Ivan Villarino, Vonny's Fleet, Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico:

This week, our Ensenada fishing grounds at Punta Banda had mostly calm winds, ocean swells of 3 feet, and a water temperature of 60 degrees. The skies were sunny, and the air temperature was 52 to 66 degrees.

On Sunday, Hank Resida sons Joseph, Eric and Dan from Pomona went fishing with Capt. Beto and caught one yellowtail and limits of rock cods and some ling cods.

On Thursday, the Vonny-I fished with Capt. Beto taking Ian Hong from Orange County. There was a strong Santa Ana condition but with calm seas and 75 degree weather. The fishing produced limits of ling cods and rock cods and white fish and some johnny bass and sculpin.

On Friday Jay Johnson went fishing at Punta Banda with Capt. Beto and proceeded to fill the cooler with primo bottom fish, a couple of very nice reds one of which weighed in at 9 pounds.
