YELLOWTAIL AND BOTTOM FISH LIMITS FOR ENSENADA VONNY'S FLEET PANGAS

Dec. 11-17, 2005, Ivan Villarino, Vonny's Fleet, Punta Banda, Ensenada, Mexico Sportfishing Report:

On Tuesday, Jay Johnson and his friend Marla from "lengueta arenosa" went out bottom fishing out of Ensenada with Capt. Beto on the Vonny-I, having a nice day, calm water, a little cold in the morning. About 10 a.m., Beto called in reporting three yellowtail about 18 to 20 pounds, and they also caught limits of bottom fish on Vonny-I with Beto Zamora.

Fishing on Friday, Jay Johnson and Beto again went to Punta Banda on the Vonny-I, and Dean Craft and his friend fished on the Vonny III with Capt. Hector Zamora. Both boats caught limits of bottom fish.

On Saturday, Beto on the Vonny-I took Adam and Nick Billmann from Pahrump, Nevada, fishing and they and their friend Jason Syfert from Illinois caught an ice chest full of bottom fish.

Ensenada fishing weather was mostly cloudy in the mornings, temperature 52-61 degrees, winds calm, with water temperatures at 59 degrees, swells 3 feet.
