SUPER PANGA FISHING WITH WHISKY WATER WORLD

Jan. 28, 2006, Art Coleman, Ixtapa Zihuatanejo, Mexico Fishing Trip Report:

My wife Patricia and I just returned from our first fishing trip to Zihuatanejo and we fell in love with the place. We fished 3 days on the Whiskey Water World super panga Whiskey 3 with Arturo and caught 12 sailfish. We gave 2 to Arturo and released 10. All were between 85 and 110 pounds and were caught while fishing between 8 and 22 miles out in blue water.

Arturo and his deckhand did a great job and I can't say enough about the job they did for us. We liked it so much we rebooked for April.

We fished Jan. 22-23-24, water temperature 84 degrees, air temperature 88, seas very calm, and wind maybe 5 knots. We only focused on Sailfish but some other pangas fished the inside and did good on large dorado and roosterfish. On our last day we heard that some of the boats had found Yellowfin Tuna at about 30 miles but we did not have time to go after them.
