SAILFISH PRODUCING FOR ARIES FLEET OFFSHORE SPORTFISHING BOATS

Another sensational sailfish week in Mazatlan, with the boats averaging more than 2 sailfish per boat fished day. Largest fish for the week was a released blue marlin, estimated at 180 lbs., taken aboard the "Aries II", skippered by Captain victor Nunez.

Overall Mazatlan fishing counts for 25 fishing days reflected 64 sailfish, 54 released, 1 blue marlin released, 11 dorado, 11 yellowfin tuna and 1 wahoo.

Mazatlan Climate: Sunny, warm & clear skies, temps from 67 nights to 90 daytime highs

Sea Conditions: Calm, temps 83-85 degrees

Best Mazatlan Fishing Area: Continues at 18-20 miles southwest of the Marina El Cid

Best Lure/Bait: Rigged baits hot on the sailfish.
