CONCERNS OVER HOTEL SERENIDAD LAND TITLE DISPUTE

Sept. 16, 2004, Ron Grant, Mulege, Mexico Fly-In Fishing, Hotel Serenidad Ejido Problem Update:

The Johnson family statement [on the edijo land title dispute]. I talked to Don Johnson and he assured me and everyone else that has a place at the hotel that he does not look for any problems with regard to a take over of the hotel. I also talked to some of the employees. The ones now on vacation have some concern regarding their jobs when the hotel reopens in October as they all left on vacation the end of the labor day weekend. The small crew still there don't seem to have any concern as things seem to be normal.
