QUALITY YELLOWFIN TUNA RUNNING WITH DOLPHIN 35 MILES OUT

Oct. 15, 2005, Bill Molden, San Carlos, Mexico Fishing Report:

The air and water temperatures in the San Carlos fishing area are all falling. Water temperatures are running 81-84 degrees and the air temp is running mid to high 80's.

The yellowfin tuna in the 90 pound range are out 35 miles and seem to be running with the Dolphin and the blue water. The billfish are still here in large numbers but they should be departing the San Carlos area soon. Skipjack Tuna, blue backs, are in closer and can be found in fairly large numbers. Dorado are spread all over and they are small. The fishing at San Carlos is still hot but for how long is anyone's guess.
