CATCH-22 TO BEGIN SPORTFISHING CHARTER SERVICES

Dec. 13, 2005, Steve Calvert, San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico, New Sportfishing Service Announcement:

I and Fernando Almada have officially announced the opening of "Catch-22 Sportfishing Adventures." Operations will begin at San Carlos in the spring of 2006. The initial sportfishing fleet includes four proven sportfishing boats: a 22 foot cuddy cabin, the Little Catch-22; 25 foot Skipjack, the Catch-22 Suerte; 26 foot Grady White, the Catch-22 Pez Vela; and the company's flagship, a 34 Luhrs, the Catch-22.

Catch-22 Sportfishing Adventures firmly believes in providing a variety of boats with price ranges to fit all budgets and group sizes. Visitors to San Carlos will be able to book a small boat at a reasonable cost for their family for a fun day on the water, while experienced sportsmen can have a topnotch boat and crew for big game fishing. All boats are equipped with top of the line Shimano equipment and captains that know the best local fishing hot spots.

The Catch-22 offices will be located at Marina San Carlos on the northeast walkway, Suite #1. A website is currently being developed and will soon be available at catch22sportfishingmx.com.

Catch-22 Sportfishing has joined forces with the Billfish Foundation and shall be a billfish catch-and-release operator. Fishermen will be rewarded with the Billfish Foundation's release certificates and awards. Catch-22 will specialize in release videos and photos for all to see on their web site. They are also providing a full-size marlin replica for those at-the-dock photo opportunities. We anticipate operating an IGFA official weigh station and IGFA certified charter operation in the near future.

Catch-22 Sportfishing Adventures operates year round with Yellowtail fishing and bottom fishing during the winter season and Dorado, Tuna, Sailfish and Marlin in the spring, summer and fall.

Our goal is to give our customers the most enjoyable experience possible and catch plenty of fish, while maintaining the conservation the Sea of Cortez deserves.

Charters will be accepted as soon as final paper work with the port Captain is approved.
