San Quintin, Mexico:
Good Winter Fishing In Glassy Seas

Nov. 1-4, 2005, Kelly Catian, K&M Offshore Sportfishing, San Quintin, Baja California, Mexico fishing:

November fishing at San Quintin started out pretty good with Yellowtail and White Seabass for Jimmy Chi, Lawrence Li, and So Kin Ming. Fishing aboard the Offshore 1, an Amato 28, with Capt. Kelly, the group got great yellowtail action on the iron at the 15 spot. The blue/white and blue/chrome were working well. The next day, the group went on the Offshore III, a Parker 25, and headed south from San Quintin to find good fishing action on the white seabass as well as calicos, sandbass and rockfish, and too many barracuda.

San Quintin weather was flat and glassy for the group on both days with water temperatures in the low 60s and good clean water at both spots.
