VERY FEW ANGLERS IN THE SAN QUINTIN AREA THIS WEEK

Jan. 15, 2006, Pete Hillis, Pedro's Pangas, San Quintin,, San Quintin, Baja fishing, Mexico:

There was very little fishing action at San Quintin this week. There was a little rain and light winds. San Quintin boats that made it out went for bottom fish at the 15 fathom and 180 spots with limits of large reds and ling cod.

A few hunters started hunting last week. I am not too involved in the hunting due to the fact that there has been a union formed by the Mexican National guides, but I will try to get some information to help any hunters that do need it. Or they can contact Jim or Nancy at the Old Mill Hotel.

I have 8 boats reserved for next weekend.
