EAST CAPE INVITATIONAL FISHING TOURNAMENT REPORT

This year's East Cape Invitational fishing tournament gathered 27 anglers at Hotel Punta Colorada, Oct. 8-13, 2005. For the first time, we have repeat winners. Team Chingadera, with Mike Marquez, Gary Martin and Sergio Perez did it with 2 blue marlin, released of course, for high point team. Mike Marquez won high point fisherman. From the team Tres Generations, Doug "Dos" Wilton won for largest fish with a 77 pound tuna, and Casey "Uno" Wilton won for largest dorado. Overall, fishing was a bit light, but we will all be back next year.
