Aug. 21, 2004, Gerardo Sanchez, KCHTS Sportfishing, Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico fishing:
Wednesday report a lot of calicos and sand bass at Ensenada university point.
Thursday 12th, 2 pax santo tomas reef, 3 yellowtails and limits on bottom fishing.
Friday 13th, tuna trip 5 pax, 14 albacores average 40 pounds, at 31.21 and 117.01, also 3 dorados and few yellowtails at a kelp paddy.
Saturday 14th, 5 pax 2 albys only, same area other boats make better.
Sunday 15th, santo tomas reef, 5 pax, 14 yellow tails limits on calicos 5 to 8 pounds and barracudas.
Monday 16th, 2 pax, santo tomas reef, 11 yellowtails, limits on calicos.
Tuesday 17th, local fishing, limits on calicos and sand bass at 3 sisters, also some small yellowtails.
Thursday 19th, of august 2, pax 4 yellowtails and limits on calicos and sand bass.
Saturday, 6 pax, santo tomas reef 4 yellowtails, limits on bottom and open bite on barracudas other boats reports white sea bass same spot.
All of this on the Don juan II.
The outer banks report is today memo chavez captain of el dorado got 6 yellow fin tunas, 1 alby, and few yellows at a kelp paddy close to the 238 spot, other boats went to the 220 spot, not too good.
