LILY FLEET BOATS FIND EXCELLENT ENSENADA BOTTOM FISHING

Sept. 9, 2005, Sammy Susarrey, Lily Fleet, Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico:

For the last three days, the offshore fishing at Ensenada has been down, so today many Ensenada fishing boats came back in close to fish for rockcod. The last two days, the Tamara and Amigo fished at San Jose reef and Punta Banda bank for excellent catches of lingcod and red rockcod.

Sept. 6, 2005, Ensenada, Mexico Fishing Report:

Today, the Amigo fished at San Miguel Point and caught 7 yellows, 12 pounders, and a few medium bonitos. These fish were caught with live mackerel, trolling in a water temperature of 67 degrees, with no more red tide.
