FISHING CENTERED INSHORE AROUND RIVER MOUTHS

Water temperatures in the Huatulco fishing area are in the 86 degree range. Fishing has been mostly inshore, some of it near river mouths. Some large robalo, or snook, have been caught and fishing action was hot for jacks and roosters.

A 500 pound Marlin was caught and released nearby and a few sailfish have been a caught, and some giant dorado. This is our slow season at San Austinillo, not a lot of fishing is going on for us, but a lot of good fish are caught when the boys are out.

The regular fishing season reopens in 4 weeks for us and we are very excited. We have lots of new bookings and even a couple of shows coming down to check out our little secret.
