CARNADEROS BAITSELLERS' FISHING REPORT

Jan. 25, 2006, Jeff Petersen, Baja Californian, Loreto, Baja Sur, Mexico Baitsellers and Sportfishing Report:

I fished for bait with the Carnaderos baitseller's fishermen last night. We fished a bit north and outside the Loreto marina in 72 feet of water, 65.4 degrees water temperature, air temperature 64 degrees, wind and water calm. We caught 300 baits in 3 hours, primarily platino, quite a few macarela, and a few jurelito. The Loreto Carnaderos continue fishing nightly for bait. Even on windy mornings, bait´s available.
