LOCAL FISHING BOATS LOADING UP ON SPRING ROCKCODS

I was at Puerto Santo Tomas this weekend. The one tourist boat I saw fishing on Saturday caught two sacks full of rockcod, I estimate 25 or so, with about four whitefish in the mix, and no surface fish.

I stayed at my trailer, above Sammy's house. The sea conditions were choppy. The lower road into Puerto Santo Tomas was in fair condition, with recent grading on about half of it.
