SMALL DORADO LINGERING ABOUT 25 MILES OFFSHORE
Nov. 5, 2005, Bill Molden, San Carlos, Mexico Fishing Report:
The Tuna bite has slowed to a crawl in the San Carlos fishing area. We are in the middle of an algae bloom and I'm not sure that has not put an early demise to our Tuna bite.
Good numbers of Bonita are still being caught at San Pedro Island and the points in close along with a few Yellowtail. The dorado are still off shore of San Carlos 25 miles plus, and are very small. San Carlos fishing water temperatures are in the mid 70's.
I've taken all my offshore fishing gear off the boat and put on the jigging iron. Time for the Yellowtail, guys and gals.
