MOTHERSHIP ERIK'S SEASON
INCLUDED 4,680 YELLOWTAIL CAUGHT

Sept. 22, 2004, Dana Kerby, Baja Sportfishing, Inc.,, San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico Panga Mothership Erik Season Recap:

Baja Sportfishing would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for the success of the 2004 San Felipe-Midriff Island season on the ERIK. Following is a recap of the catch for the season: 485 customers caught: 4,680 yellowtail (one that was 41 lb.), 3,909 cabrilla, 6 black seabass, 235 white seabass, 176 grouper (one that was 125 lb. or more), 1,062 pargo, 562 giant squid, 92 dorado, and over 5,000 miscellaneous smaller fish, many of which were released. That is an average of 35 fish per fisherman/woman.

We are excited about our new venture in La Paz and Magdalena Bay in October and November. These will be both ecological trips and fishing trips for wahoo, tuna, grouper, white seabass and yellowtail, among other species. Thank you again for making 2004 one of the best seasons ever for Baja Sportfishing. Sincerely, Gustavo Velez and Dana and Jim Kerby.
