SLOW TOURNAMENT FISHING REPORT

July 22, 2004, Don Fagan, Luhr Jensen, Ensenada, San Quintin, Baja California, Mexico:

My results at the tournament were kind of disappointing. Real slow day. I got one yellowtail and two barracudas fishing all day, and at that I did better than a lot of the guys. Had a great time anyway. It was a nice day and I was after all-out fishing with my friends. At the awards presentation I won a fishing package, two nights in a nice hotel and a day in a big panga for 3, so I didn't come away empty handed by any means. The hotel is the Maria Celeste in San Quintin, and the boat ride is a super panga with a new Honda 4 stroke from Jaime's. It IS a damn nice prize!
