GAVIOTA FLEET WEEKLY FISHING RESULTS

July 29, 2005, Larry Edwards, Cortez Yacht Charters fishing results, Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico Report:

The Gaviota Sportfishing Fleet checked-in with a report for 46 Cabo San Lucas fishing days that produced 40 stripers, (30 releases) 2 sailfish released, 8 dorado and 26 yellowfin tuna.

Ryan Pruitt, Scottsdale, AZ had a 2 striper release day, fishing aboard the "Gaviota VII". "Gaviota XI" was Gaviota Fleet's high billfish boat for the week with 9 stripers for 6 fishing days.

The "Fish Cabo", reporting in for 2 Cabo San Lucas fishing days had released 5 stripers. The "Fish Cabo I" has been set aside for annual maintenance and the replacement of an engine and should be back to fishing early next week.
